If you look this hot, this fierce, and this combination-of-all-those-other-adjectives-we-use-to-describe-the-best-and-sartorial-brightest-of-these-NYC-streets, do you really need (visible) pants?  In the case of Talia Wray, what the girl does have more than makes up for a fashion slip-up gone so right. The 19-year-old may be working names for days in Prada sunglasses, Jeffrey Campbell shoes and a Pigalle sack, but she manages to set the focus all on her with a simple white wide-necked tee and pink nails to match the pink socks peepin' from her ankles (heels + socks = our adoration). Certain aspects of her outfit may leave us guessing, but we only have one important question: How can we look this good in the heat?
