Some say mixing plaids is a no-no. But when you’re a model with effortless style, like Ann, you don’t abide by no-nos. Yesterday, the Lower East Side cutie rocked the bold pattern in a bright red hue on top and mixed in a blue and green tartan pattern down bottom, care of Pendleton x Opening Ceremony. Cozied away in a cabin upstate or hitting the SoHo pavement, the look rocks our world. Gotta love a chick that take chances.

Dear Santa – Liz
Dear Santa, remember Liz? Well, she had these boots last summer and, umm, we want them. Maybe we haven’t been as good as we could’ve been this year (we didn’t exactly pay for music and we have no plans to return those “borrowed” clothes to our friends) but we’re good people! Roll the Dice – Ranya Asmar
Dark-haired Ranya is a Las Vegas native that’s not afraid to gamble with bold style choices. She’s sporting a seriously original tooth necklace (her grandmother’s – handmade in Africa, no less). The SVA student snuggled up in a comfy, oversized black sweater and gray pants in the East Village this weekend. We’ll double-down on that fashion choice – it’s a clear winner for fall.
Blonde and Blue – Sarah Walerscheld
Don’t go stashing your lighter-colored garments in the back of your closet just yet. Take a style cue from blonde beauty Sarah and top off a summery dress with a cozy grandpa cardigan for a great fall transition outfit. This freelance production designer’s patterned tights bring a unique element to her color-blocked look, and she even made the watch herself. Looks like it’s time to bring some clothes out of the closet!
