The Broadway show "Fosse" needs a facelift. And there's no better-looking guy to provide consul than Anthony Pedraza, spotted on the backstreets of SoHo a week ago. We have never seen a man shimmer, shimmy, and shake what his mama gave him like Pedraza in that Jeremy Scott for Adidas tank top, vintage bowler and Adidas kicks. Everything about this look shouts jazz hands (albeit chic jazz hands) and summer cool, from the drop-crotch tapered pants to that jaw-dropping tank (yes, we had to reference it just ONCE more).
