While we were cleaning up our flooded apartments (ugh, hate you, Hurricane Sandy), some celebs were out partying in some very silly Halloween getups. A few of their looks were scary, a couple sweet, but many were downright awful (we’re looking at you XTina). See below for the celeb costumes that’ll likely get the internet howling:

Hands down, Katy Perry as Jane Lane is the best costume of the year. No, ever.
Miley Cyrus is the new Nicki Minaj.
We’re not big fans of Leann Rimes, per se. But gotta give it to her and that guy for breathing new life into Grease!
On any other day, this would just be considered well-dressed. But we’ll give it to Seacrest and Julianne Hough for best-dressed-regular-dressed folks.
