Yesterday, at age 25, Drake nabbed his high school diploma. In a tweet to over nine million followers, the actor-turned-rapper said: “97% on my final exam. 88% in the course. One of the greatest feelings in my entire life. As of tonight I have graduated high school!” And the virtual crowd cheered. Got us wondering, though: How many of our fave celebs haven’t nabbed their college degrees but will likely be more successful (read: RICH) than we could ever dream? Here are our top 10:
1. Blue Ivy
She’s not even one yet and Beyonce’s tot is already decked out in designer gear. Just WAIT till she starts wearing bling. Sigh.
2. The Olsens
The Olsen twins had a short-lived stint at NYU but decided that working on their fashion biz was far more important. And given The Row’s success, they were right. Elizabeth Olsen seems to have her eyes set on the big screen, but we’re holding out hope for her college days!
3. Britney Spears
Not sure if Brit Brit even made it through middle school, she’s now worth over $200 million. But was it all worth it?
4. Azealia Banks
Our fave rapping phenom graduated from LaGuardia high school a couple years back but popped off so quickly, she had no time to hit the college books. #WhatYouGonnaDoWhenIAppear
5. Anna Wintour
The devilish editrix might be a wise wordsmith, but she hasn’t quite locked in a college degree. But when you’re the Editor of the most renowned fashion publication in the world, does it really matter?
6. Drake
It took the rapper years to finish his high school degree but with his success mounting, it’s unlikely he’ll walk across the college stage anytime soon. But that’s OK, he signing checks.
7. Mark Zuckerberg
Do we need to even talk about this? Richest 20-something in the world, brilliant invention, no college degree. Like!
8. Kanye West
West’s debut album College Dropout put the rapper on the map! Without a degree, he’s managed to start his own record label, his own fashion line, and drop multiple platinum records. Still think you need one?
9. Honey Boo Boo (questionably rich)
Ok, so maybe she won’t be richer than us in the long-run. But in the short-term, everyone’s favorite toddler with a tiara is raking in cash and skipping out on school.
10. Miley Cyrus
The Disney star’s grown up a lot since the days of Hannah Montana. She’s got chopped hair, a bangin’ new style, and not one academic credit under her belt. Make it happen, boo!
