In advance of tonight’s debate, Time writer Mark Halperin obtained leaked agreement documents signed by Mitt Romney and Obama stating that neither candidate can ask the other a question. There’s also word that both camps have asked Candy Crowley, the moderator, to not ask follow up questions like a true journalist. What is this?! The debate is set to air live from Hofstra University tonight at 9PM.  (Via: Time)
