Lindsay Lohan was reportedly choked while partying in a Manhattan hotel room and, no, Amanda Bynes was not involved. Apparently, GOP staffer Chris LaBella took a sneaky cell phone pic of La Lohan and she wasn’t havin’ it! When the actress confronted LaBella, a fisticuffs ensued with Lohan snatching the phone back to erase any photos/videos taken by LaBella. The GOP staffer has since been cleared of charges. Mitt Romney and President Obama are gearing up for the first presidential debate, taking place this Wednesday night. Instead of gathering up hard facts to take down the current President, Romney’s camp will reportedly stick to ‘zingers.’ In a world of 140 characters, the presidential hopeful plans to spread quick, viral hits about Obama, but POTUS will not play the same game. After blows were thrown backstage at a taping of the Hip-Hop Awards this weekend, a feud between the artist’s camps spilled into the parking lot where shots were fired.
