A revamped version of Megaupload is on the way, and this time it’ll be legal! Megabox founder, Kim Dotcom, announced on Torrentzfreak that the new service will allow artists to sell their tracks directly to listeners, allowing artist to keep 90% of all earnings. Users will either opt to pay for the music, or download an app called Megakey, that will render unlimited music for free. #WIN (Via: Huffington Post)

Apple CEO Apologizes For Crappy Maps

 Tim Cook is totally sorry for those craptastic Apple Maps on the iPhone 5. In an open letter, Cook explained that the maps “fell short” and that Apple is currently doing everything it can to make Maps better. But rest assured iPhone 5 and iOS updaters, Cook says you can always download apps from the App Store like Mapquest, Bing, Waze, or just Google or Nokia maps via their websites. Steve Jobs is not impressed. (Via: Apple)

Lady Gaga’s “Cake” Debut On The Mugler Runway

The rap song that hit the interwebz last week was also the soundtrack to creative director Nicola Formichetti and designer Sebastian Peigné’s s/s 2013 collection. Whether or not the track will be featured on Gaga’s fourth studio album ARTPOP is questionable, but it sure is quirky  runway club music!  (via: Fashionista)

Ed Koch Says He’d Rather See Justin Timberlake Nude

Former NYC Mayor Ed Koch loooooves films. So much so that he’s even got his own emailing list where he sends subscribers reviews. Unfortunately for the cast of “Trouble with the Curve,” Koch isn’t a fan. The ex-Mayor gave the flick a bad review because of a lackluster romance scene. Koch wrote, “Everything about this picture is wrong, at one point in the film Mickey and Johnny  (Justin Timberlake) skinny dip–neither of them remove their underclothes. Avoid.” We agree, Mr Koch.
