Seems like scalp tattoos are on the rise style-wise! A few months back our site exploded when we posted a photo of the very prim Georgia Charleston hiding a badass scalp tat underneath her flowing hair. And last night at the Guggenheim, Lady Gaga got some sword ink on her crown in memory of Terry Richardson’s late mother, Annie Lomax.
