When you’re Lady Gaga’s manicurist, your nails better glitter, shimmer, sparkle and shine as bright as Mother Monster’s herself. Not a problem for Aya Fukuda, whose manicure game caught our eye from across the street last week, her crystal encrusted dagger nails dazzling in the SoHo streets. The Japanese nail designer, who boasts Gaga as an avid client, rocked a denim vest and lace jumper atop her manicure and told us that her current geometric design is only the tip of what she can design…she can throw together studs, diamonds, fabric and more!
