Is it just us or does Jocelyn look as if she popped out of a 18th century oil painting and landed amidst the bustle of Union Square? We spotted the 24-year-old Marie Antoinette reincarnate in a perfectly-put-together, belted, baby pink top, lace button down, chiffon and lace cream skirt AND dope vintage aztec spring booties. Phew. Jocelyn’s aqua beaded necklace and minimal rings add to the romantic look. Now all we’re craving is a trip to France and a picnic basket full of St. Honore pastries! We’re pretty sure Jocelyn knows what we’re talking about…
