Fashion Insider – Tess Pare-Mayer (Day 1)

This one’s a charmer.  Tess Pare-Mayer’s a San-Francisco transplant who has recently been rising the style ranks in NYC with her sexy, fun and fashion blog, The Little Black List. We’ve featured her once before looking Downtown-chic, but we wanted to get a deeper look into her vintage (and luxe) closet!  Watch Tess talk about her Sex and The City style on Day 1 and check back for more later this week!

III is a feature that lets you into the lives of the trendiest NYC’ers in 3 days and 3 different looks.

Street Spotted: Halle Berry Lookalike (Mobile Upload)

Excuse me, Miss Berry, is that you?! We could have sworn this gorgeous, long-legged beauty was the Oscar-winning star herself. This sexy and chic chick was workin’ her own NYC red carpet at Lincoln Center – in those dangerously high, Catwoman-esque heels, no less. Seriously – everyone was staring at this girl. Mystery woman, is that your agent you’re texting? Because we’ll definitely represent you.

Kanye West ft. Bon Iver – ‘Lost In The World’

Time for another @KanyeWest leak from his upcoming album, Dark Twisted Fantasy. Ever since the rapper joined Twitter, he’s hit us up with plenty of exciting singles, but we we found the latest – ‘Lost In The World ‘ – all on our own. It’s a beautiful and powerfully political track featuring melodies picked from Bon Iver’s “Woods” and commentary by Gil-Scot Heron.  This is Kanye at his most mature both musically and lyrically, making us think…maybe Taylor Swift really does change lives?

Duck Sauce – ‘Barbara Streisand’

We never thought we’d say this but Barbara Streisand is dope! The track that is. Duck Sauce, the brilliant DJ team-up from A-Trak and Armand Van Helden, just released the video for their Streisand single (featuring Pharell, Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend, The Roots and Chromeo) and it’s not only addictive, it’s ah-mazing.  This isn’t the boys’ first go-round on the kickass video scene (see here), and when the album drops October 12th, it certainly won’t be their last. We love #BarbaraStreisand
