There's something hauntingly mesmerizing about British-born lead-singer Antony Hegler of Antony and the Johnsons.  Though their songs aren't our typical faves (we're big into the upbeat hits), we can't help but be overwhelmed by his voice - unique, lasting and spellbinding. Anyway, the group just released the first-single from their upcoming album Swanlights and it's just as gorgeous as the track itself. Shot in black and white with a raw-film feel, the video - featuring a transvestite and a burning fetus - is packed with meaningful imagery.  Maybe that's why we love them - one of the few musicians left WITH a lasting message.
