We know about fashionably late, but this Hong Kong Parsons girl arrived fashionably early onto the NY style scene! Weeks before her freshman orientation, Justine outshined native New Yorkers in an oversized catwalk bow (see LV’s F/W 2009 campaign) on Broadway in SoHo. A smart fashionista, she allowed the rest of her look to remain simple, so the bow could take center stage. Justine – you look so good, we’d wait around even if you were late.
