We love a show-stopper. And in Union Square last weekend, there was no one brighter, louder or more unbelievably shocking than our girl Amber. The upcoming Long Island U. student screamed Fabulous in rainbow shorts that were well-cut, perfectly high-waisted and a whole lotta fun. The denim top is a Wal-Mart grab (shocking, we know) that she form-fitted by tying the ends into a knot. Hey, if the 70s looked this good, it’s about time we pack our vintage cases…there’s show-stoppin’ to be had!
