East Coast vs. West Coast rivalries never end. But Roxy's not taking sides, mixing her LA-roots with NYC-threads for some funky street style. She's a Parsons girl we spotted outside Brooklyn Industries in Chelsea, rocking shocking Cali-inspired purple shorts and a simple tank top.
